Environmental Print

Environmental Print

In Kindergarten, children will Identify real-life connections between words and their use.

We live in a print rich environment. Share the information with your preschooler.

The print around us lets us know what is opening, what is closed, trails, where events are located, and much more.

Show your preschool that the print around us has a purpose.

This activity may have you stopping at every sign you see from now on, but think of it as a stepping stone to independent reading.
